Who knew Gluten-free, dairy-free grilled cheese existed and could be so good?!?  The key is finding a bread you like; Udi’s white sandwich bread works great for this.  I also prefer Almond cheese to soy.  Dipped in tomato soup, you can’t tell the difference! YUM!
Proof that a gluten-free, dairy-free diet isn’t all bad.  Ahi tuna steak and mango papaya salsa with a glass of I <3 CA Pinot Grigio.  Mmmmm….
LOVE this, love Edie. He did a pretty good job of channeling her but updated and modern, well done. textbook: My latest post for Fashionista is up. It’s Edie Sedgwick, ooooohhh.
